I purchased two couches from this store over President's Day Weekend and arranged to have them delivered on March 2, 2013. A few days before delivery, I received a call telling me that they would be unable to make the delivery on that day and needed to reschedule for the following week. The following week, a couple of days prior to delivery I received another call telling me that they once again would not have the couches for delivery. This time they said they would not be available for delivery until the 20th. Since I was unable to be home during the week, we scheduled the delivery for Saturday the 23rd. By Friday the 22nd, I had not heard a confirmation of delivery so I called. I was told delivery would not be until the 27th. Again, I explained that I could not take delivery during the week and could we please schedule it for the 30th. I was told there were no delivery slots available on the 30th and would have to wait until April 6th.
