I did have older carpet but it didn't seem like he cleaned it well.
They were a bit unprofessional. I posted dated a check for two days later rather then put it on a credit card. I was assured it wouldn't be taken to the bank for a few days. They ended up putting the check in the bank that night and I got a $10 fee from the bank.
I called and asked for the $10 returned but they refused to reimburse me. I then called higher up and they agreed to send me some carpet cleaner.
