With the nice weather on Saturday, 10/4/14, John came on his day off to repair the chimney and wall. As always, he was personable, professional, punctual and conscientious. He showed me all the parts and materials he was using for my project, discussed the procedure and asked if I had any questions or concerns before he started. He took pictures of the before and after work on the chimney for my review from the safety of ground level. It was a wonderful job and I feel safer without the worry of winter winds knocking my chimney down.
John also did much more than I expected with the basement wall. It was well beyond just the cost of materials he charged me. I also appreciate that he made sure the products he used to repair and seal the cracked mortar was paintable.
