Excellent service. They were scheduled in a couple days, prompt, and did a great job.

Technician showed up promptly, and obtained information on problems. Took the system apart and tested every component until problem was isolated and made necessary repairs. Initial problem was thought to be thermostat, but after testing and correction of problem found, technician determined new thermostat wasn't needed and indicated original thermostat was fine. Refreshing honesty and no push for unneeded service or parts. I used the same company for repairs on the system last year and that technician was equally professional and honest. The company appears to have excellent personnel working for them. Very reasonable charges.

Our contact was Mike Brazil and he was prompt, professional, and friendly from beginning to end. He honored all mentioned discounts, and provided an additional discount that we were not aware of. He offered to come out to do a site inspection at our convenience and did exactly as he promised. The site inspection was also critical as the fireplace opening was smaller than anticipated, and his visit allowed him to warn the installers of the potential challenge. From contact to installation was less than a week. Our order was placed on Tuesday, he visited on Friday, and the installation occured on Monday. He provided a prompt thank you via email after the order, and then provided a hand written thank you on top of that by mail!
The installers were prompt, curteous and conducted the install in minimal time. Additionally, though the original order included the cost of an insert support, because of the bracing they used, it wasn't necessary (providing a more appealing appearance) and they refunded the cost+tax of the support.

They fully explained the operation and cleaned up all their mess. (They did inadvertently take the unused fireplace logs/matches that were in the fireplace). The insert is working fantastically.

This company had a lot of models to look at, this helped us make a decision as to which model fit our needs the best. Their quality is excellent. The sales people were very helpful. We purchased the hot tub and set up a date for installation. When they arrived to install the hot tub, they were very efficient and did a professional job placing it where we wanted and hooking up the electrical needs etc. Excellent service.
