I have purchased a deal on the website, and when I contact them, she always promise a date but she is always putting me off, & doesn't inform me, and I have to call her up for an update. I still want the service to be done though, no later than the end of May, as she told me that she is not be available until middle of April. This is not a good business practice, and if she is having some health issues, she should tell me and not wait for me to call her & be given another schedule.

"Ok first of all when you purchased the deal we schedule it. 4 time you canceled all 4 cleaning. Every time we talk it get more and more complicated. It been a year. We did schedule you for the middle of April. Second of all I’m not going to tell everyone my personal life. Thank you for your review."

"Sorry you like the cleaning. Purchased a 4 mans hour cleaning is surface cleaning move out is not included it. We did make exceptional to you it was a late minute call. bathroom kitchen are the main cleaning an a big size house. We try our better. Bathroom tup, sink, toilet and floor. Kitchen countertops, sinks floor we did extra like the cabinets inside and out. Dusting for a move out cleaning in 4 hours is not included. For more is extra but we can not going more than 4 hours if the client did not want to pay extra an a move out cleaning. A move out cleaning is more work more time. To do a good job it take 8-15 mans hour cleaning. It all depend on the size of the house."

She informed me that they did not do glass, fridges, or ovens. Towards the end, she mentioned she knew it would not take 2 hrs and 45 min.

"Windows are 2.50 each plane refrigerator is $25, oven is $25. Windows are 3 minutes more for each. Refrigerator is 1 hour more. Oven is 30-45 more to the time. Not every client need the same cleaning. When we going to the house I ask what is more important to you that need to be done. And we star by that. I know how mach time we need and if we're are done early I do something for free. We did try to make him happy but when someone think is 8 hour for each cleanser is head too. And do not let us do the work. Is impossible . We are a cleaning company we cleaning we don't pack or move furniture around. When we have to pickup thing so we and walk or cleaning is more time. It take way from cleaning. For example: closes newspaper and bags of trash that has been sat this for week or day . Sorry that you are not happy with the cleaning service. If this change I try to alway let the client know as soon as possible."

They offered so many hours with so many staff and changed it at the last minute to different hours if service with more people, which I found confusing. My kitchen floor still had some of the same things stuck on it as when they arrived. Bathrooms were clean.

"I'm sorry. Yes right we did have 3 in a crew the hours never change. 4 hour cleaning is 2 man hour with 3 is 1.20. 6 mans hour cleaning is 3 hour cleaning with 2. With 3 is 2.00. 8 mans hours cleaning is4 hour with 2. 2.45 with 3 people. The only time the hour changes is with people want. The refrigerator oven or windows cleaning and they did not want to pay extra. And move out move in cleaning or not included in our deal. I can said what happened in this house because I did not what client is this with no name. Hours don't change on less client ask."

As a "gold" member of Angie's List. I hire services frequently. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. After reviewing their work, I could not tell that many surfaces were even dusted: cobwebs still in the windows, bathroom floor wasn't even vacuumed (still loose dirt/debris laying on the floor); dust on the doors and windows. When I called to ask them why the bathroom floor wasn't cleaned, or even dusted, they tried to tell me that it was because it was an old mosaic floor. This is just one week after I had the new tile installed! When I confronted them with the reality that it was a new floor, & asked them to come back to finish the job, they got an big attitude about it. Their attitude was contentious, but said they would meet me. I went back to the house that weekend, they were late, and so cleaned the floor myself. I called them and told them not to bother coming, as I finished it myself. At which, they said, "oh, we were going to offer you a discount", and then immediately hung up on me. RUDE. I had to apologize to the tenants for all the remaining dust throughout the house that was never wiped down. DO NOT HIRE this company. If the services you require entail cleaning, I really didn't seem them up for the job.

"When run a deal all my deal said not included move out move in cleaning. When arrives to the house it was a move in cleaning. The client I want this and that to be cleaning. The garage inside cabinets, I take pictures before and after. I send them to her after the job was done. "Thank you thank you." Then I get a call we try to going back to the house a recleaning wish did not going a recleaning. We were that the house want she cancel on us. We try to made her happy but not work. When the deals we not do move in move out cleaning no matter what the side of the house. We have been lie too. About the cleaning of this house. We do not do move in or move out with the deals. Is more work more time."

Two people two hours. It went fine. She kept explaining that they might not get to other things. Windows didn't get done. But it still went well. For me it was acceptable. But was not an A service.

It went very well. The lady called the day before to re-confirm. They came on time and they finished on time. Besides the kitchen and bathrooms, I told her if she still have some time before the four hours is up, maybe she can vacuum the stairs for me. They had actually finished the job right within the four hour's mark. They could have just either refused to do it or asked for extra money. But the owner was very cheerfully vacuumed the stairs for us without charging extra. I have encouraged my daughter-in-law to get her house done!

They were not very detailed. We were very specific that we needed a deep clean of the master bathroom shower, but they didn't even clean all the soap scum or scrub the chrome hardware. If I hadn't mentioned that I worked cleaning houses, I think they would have done less than they did as they were hesitant to clean windows because of "time". They could have done a much better job and not worth the money spent. We had to hire another cleaner to come and only charged a fraction of the price.
