Do not use American Window Washing or Purchase vouchers from Living Social or Groupon for this company.  Mike, the owner is dishonest and will disappoint you.

GROUPON COUPON.  On April 17th, I called to schedule a window cleaning offered by Groupon.  A woman answered the phone and told me that as long as I contacted you folks prior to the expiration date of the coupon (May 03 2012), I would be eligible for the discount of 16 Windows for $39.00.   At that time she said that there was a cancellation on 23 AUGUST, otherwise my scheduled date would have to be in November.  I had her schedule us for 8:00-10:00 a.m. on 23 AUG.   On 23Aug, no one from the firm showed up.  Then scheduled us for 24AUG from 8-10, however, they didn't show up then either.  They never responded to phone or emails.   Complaint made to GROUPON who was unable to contact the firm to resolve problem.  Chalk it up to a $39.00 lesson learned

Work not done after waiting 9 months to get it done!  Unbelievable!

They didn't respond well to voicemail or email.  There was no one there to answer the phone when I called to schedule. Had to call several times. When they finally got back to me I requested an email confirmation of when they were coming and the specifics of the job they were going to do (which I still have and will be turning into the BBB) so at least I had an email address to contact them through later on.
Once I had a "firm" (3rd) cleaning date I tried to contact them about doing some add on work - took 2 tries at contacting them before I was able to get a response. That's when they told me about the "new pricing"
Don't do business with this company!

Not a great experience.  Scheduling was okay; worker showed up on time, so I gave a B grade for responsiveness and punctuality.

The worker sent was a young man just out of high school.

I requested that most of the windows be done on the exterior only.

I did want the large front window done inside and out.  I actually watched him do the work on the front window.  Basically he wnet over the window once with the washing brush, then made a few passes with the squeegee, a little bit of mopping up with a cloth.  The windows are NOT clean.

Definitely would not work with this company again.  I should have known that the price on the deal was too good to be true.

I called American Window well in advance of the expiration,  to schedule an appointment.  They were more than happy to talk to me. When I told them I had a coupon they immediately said they were totally booked up to the expiration date.  They were unable to honor my coupon, and they were unwilling to refund my money.  I have talked with others who have also purchased the service, and they too had the same problem.  I am very disappointed, and I think it was handled poorly. Now, I don't use anyone new unless I look at Angie's List first.
