Mortgage Companies
We've been trying to close a loan with them for 2 months. The loan officer has been unresponsive. Because of the unresponsiveness, we may lose the property that we were trying to purchase. There has been no communication between the loan officer and I. Items have been left to the last minute to be resolved. The loan officer has damaged our credibility with the sellers now.
