WELL YOU ARE NOT HERE FOR THE INSPECTION, BUT THE INSPECTOR MISSED SEVERAL ITEMS THAT ARE COSTING ME MONEY THAT THE PREVIOUS OWNERS SHOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY FOR.
