I talked to Will on the phone to set this up a few days prior. I live in the North End of Tacoma and he told me he could fit me into his schedule on a specific day. Will and another employee (who has worked for him for 6 years) showed up in the late afternoon as expected. Will asked if I wanted the exterior and interior or just exterior. I only had them do the exterior side. They worked quickly and efficiently-- they cleaned the exterior of 7 larger-sized windows on the 2nd story and one window on my ground floor level. They hooked into my garden hose to use their window-washing tool. At one point, the other employee spotted paint on the window pane and asked if I wanted it removed-- so he definitely was observant and cared about the quality of work. It appears that this company has "regular" (weekly) business clients and does residential clients when they can fit into his weekly schedule. I will plan to use him again next time I want my windows cleaned.
