Overall they were great. Very nice. Very prompt answering phone calls or questions. Came when they said they would. The only problem that I had was that the original quote was for a York heat pump and when they came to install it (several months later due to hold ups in the reconstruction) they were out of York heat pumps and asked if they could substitute another pump. It was a good brand that I recognized, but it was a change in the original agreement.

Could have been better. The owner told me his crew could take down the asbestos covering one of the ducts, which i was unaware even existed until the job started. The crew refused to touch the duct. Had to hire someone to remove the asbestos. Ok. Extend the job 3 more days, and oh...by the way, add another $2000 to the job. Needed to have the electrical panel upgraded to support the new heat pump. I was led to believe the upgrade could also move the panel to a different wall...sure if I wanted to fork out $7000. So, hired a plumber to move the washer and dryer instead. So much more happened, but I don’t want to waste any more of my time on this company. The owner is very knowledgeable, not trustworthy with local resources he suggests, and would be a great used car salesman. Fifteen-ish years ago, he was a master for our oil furnace. I feel like he started working on me from day one to get paid for this job. I trusted him...I paid for it...I paid a lot for it. Lost my warranty, but I don’t care, because I don’t want them back in my home.

I was very pleased with the young man who came out. He was polite, professional and followed up with me after looking for the needed part to repair my heater. He also had one of their salesmen call me back with a quote for a new heater. Unfortunately, the company that makes that wall heater doesn't support replacement parts after ten years. I think that is outrageous since a good heater should easily last more than ten years, but that is not the repairman's fault.

Maintenance preformed on time in a professional manner.

Took a longer than anticipated, and cost more than planned. Had to pay for aspestos removal, from an outside vendor, when I was originally told by Dave (owner) his guys would take care of all the duct removal. Dave's support when we had an oil furnace was phenomenal! The heat pump experience has left me feeling disappointed. I use a different company now to do maintainence on the system.

Excellent! Dave arrived on time, was polite and gave me options for my furnace. He took the time to explain what he would do and gave us a fair quote right away. Dave's crew did a fantastic job and everything is working wonderfully.

The furnace was not heating consistently.   It would be fine for a few days and then keep shutting off too soon.  I called for an appointment and had to wait a few days for an opening.  The repairman was on time and performed the regular service.  Once he discovered the faulty switch he had to drive several miles to get a replacement.  He did all this in two hours.  The furnace has worked fine since - good job!

I've had a wonderful experience with them. They are going to come next week to do an inspection of my furnace. She actually said that I didn't really need it but I wanted to get it done before it gets cold. I couldn't say enough nice things. She gave me a discount of $79. They are very fair. They installed the furnace for me when I switched from oil to gas about 10 years ago.

They were on time, and the cost was exactly what was quoted. They were honest and knowledgeable. They clean up after themselves. They even taught us how to use the system. We impressed with the whole process.

Replaced the aforementioned batteries and left an invoice with recommendations. My mother-in-law was home with my son and was told she'd need to write a check rather than be billed. In addition, the technician left her an invoice recommending that a currently functioning switch was the wrong switch and needed to be replaced for $165.00 and that a general service needed to be performed for $125.00. Rather than suggesting that since they were already here, they'd waive the service call charge and charge the same amount for a general service since it turned out to be nothing, the technician left. When I contacted the company, they said they'd give me a break if I wanted to go ahead with the Switch replacement and general service for something slightly less than $290.00. Neither of witch were satisfactory. My suggestion to them was that a reasonable charge for the time and distance travelled was $50.00 for which I'd happily pay the the simplicity of the repair. And if they credited the amount I'd already paid towards a general service less the $50.00 I'd gladly pay the difference. Clearly, this company is not about customer service.

I have used their services before. It was a good experience. Their prices seemed reasonable, they were timely and got the work done the same day. They cleaned up after themselves and I am satisfied.

WE WERE ALL FREEZING TO DEATH AND DAVE CAME ON A SATURDAY, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE TO US, TO FIX OUR HEATER. HE SPENT ABOUT AN HOUR UNPLUGGING THE DUCT AND MAKING SURE THAT EVERYTHING ELSE IS IN WORKING ORDER.
