We have had Todd Johnson clean our carpets at least once a year for 16 years, at our previous home in Oakbrook (Lakewood) and here in University Place. We have always found Todd to be easy to schedule, friendly and professional. The carpets here were dismal stinky and stained when we moved this fall. He works miracles! He even has his hot glue gun to glue down seams that want to fray. He did a great job re stretching our downstairs carpet. I look forward to replacing most of the carpet with wood, but until then, he is our go-to man. Pricing is very fair.

Todd Johnson came to our house and provided excellent service and was extremely professional. He is very detailed and his price was more than fair. Todd was very attentive to the areas in our home that our pets find attractive. Our dogs have not revisited those areas on our carpets since. Thank you Todd for a great job. We will definitely call again.
