Rick seems nice and all, but talks way too much and drags out small jobs. Cannot be counted on for punctuality. I ended up spending 3 hours cleaning up his leaky truck spills in order for him to do his work. He spent 2 hours in total talking either on his phone or to my roommates instead of finishing his job.
This was too much stress. I prefer professional behavior for the money I spent.
