Jerry and Brian were kind, gracious, and knowledgeable. They answered our questions, and offered advice on septic care and drain feilds.

This review is for the second time I used this spetic tank service as I was very satisfied the first time. Jerry, the owner, is the operator of this small business and is very professional, prompt, and thorough. Price was higher than expected but I suspect that this is true for the industry due to additional regulations and reporting requirements in the past few years. Well worth the cost, though, due to the fact that I had confidence that the service would be done correctly and it was. I was home when the service was done and was able to see that the tank was pumped out completely. I appreciated the availability and quick scheduling. I was provided a clear receipt that can be used for verifying to county agencies that the service was completed.

They came the next day to double check to see if everything was okay at almost 6 in the evening. He came out twice and it was just one guy. He would be coming back in September to check it again. The job went pretty well and we are pretty pleased. We share our septic system with our neighbor and it is pretty difficult to tell what the problem is however she should not be putting baby wipes down the toilet. The baby wipes had blocked the filter and they came up in the backyard and not in the house. We caught it in time. He is a little preachy but he does good work. His quality of work was excellent. We have had them here before. I can live with the responsiveness because it is a personality thing and is not connected with the quality of work. I was very pleased that they came in that evening. I think it is a personality issue that I had with the guy who came out. He is a much older man and he is different from a big shop kind of guy.

CAME TO PUMP OUR TANK AT A TIME THAT WAS CONVENIENT FOR US AND OUR WORK SCHEDULE. OUR LID HAD A CRACK FROM BEFORE WE BOUGHT THE HOUSE SO HE REPLACED AT NO EXTRA COST. THEY WERE THE ONLY COMPANY TO PROMPTLY CALL US BACK AND GIVE US A QUOTE.

THIS COMPANY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY AS THE CALL. WORK THAT WAS PERFORMED WAS GOOD. EVERYTHING WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. I HAVE REFERRED THEM TO NUMEROUS FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
