Agrishop employees handled the transaction reliably, courteously, and efficiently. The mower (over 10 years old) is in like-new condition, ready for springtime! There was no attempt to "up-sell" any services, or try to get us to buy a new lawnmower. The service and pickup/delivery costs were as estimated, and very reasonable. Agrishop's method of invoicing is a bit tough to understand, but the math added up correctly. We will definitely use Agrishop in the future.

My husband took in our lawnmower because it wouldn't shut off. The staff was very courteous and friendly. They replaced the spark plugs, oil, air filter and sharpened the blade and as a final plus they pressure washed the entire mower. Great experience and would recommend this company.

It is kind of an interesting store. It used to be something else a long time ago and they have taken the space and combined with the other hardware people. The Agrishop Inc deals in all kinds of lawn mowing equipment and repair. They do a really good job. They are just a good all around shop for taking care of my lawn power equipment, weed eaters, edger's and stuff like that. They have always been very good on the work they have done and their prices are reasonable. I have an old wood chipper that I bought years ago. I wanted to see if they would take it and help me sell it. The man I talked to was really very nice and said that they don't worry about that type of chipper anymore because they can't get the parts for it. He just told me that I have an antique. He didn't waste my time and money.

They were great. They were very helpful. Whenever I have hardware issues, they are always first choice.

This was a branch of the store that I bought my hand-push reel mower from. You're supposed to sharpen the blades once a year. The first time I'd had it sharped with them (the Auburn branch sends it to their Tacoma store) it came back making a high-pitched squeak and was harder to push than before. The second time I had them sharpen it (this last time which I'm reporting on), I drove down to Tacoma myself so I could talk to them about about the squeak. When it came back, I gave it a test push in the store. It was even harder to push than last time although it didn't make the squeak. I expressed my concern in the store that the cutting blades were scraping against the cutting board. He told me that this would allow it to cut better. I told him that that's not how it operated when we first bought it. I was so dissatisfied that I've taken it to another servicer. They called me and said that the blades were ground down so poorly that to fix my mower they would have to sharpen it again.

WE HAD OUR RIDING MOWER SERVICED AND REPAIRED AT JOHN DEERE EQUIPMENT AND SALES. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRICE, QUALITY OF THE WORK DONE AND THE RESPONSIVENESS TO OUR MOWER. WE WILL GO BACK FOR FUTURE SERVICE.

AGRISHOP DOES A GREAT JOB AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY HELPFUL. I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS AND I WILL CONTINUE TO TAKE MY EQUIPMENT IN FOR REPAIRS OR WHEN I NEED REPLACEMENT PARTS.
