We recently moved to a new area and were several miles away from a national chain hardware store. We found a little town center which included an Ace Hardware Store. Walked in and immediately felt like we'd been a part of the community forever. Mark is so nice and accommodating, as well his staff. Every time we've went in there looking for an item (not really expecting him to have it) we've come home with the item in hand. They are very helpful and very friendly. He has given us references for other people who perform electrical, plumbing and other services, which is very helpful when your new to an area.
