Auto Towing Service
We have had a great experience with AAA and I would not own a car without being a member. When I needed to have a car looked at quickly, they had a tow truck at our house within 30 minutes and in no time it was at the mechanics (I was on a tight schedule because of work). He was very friendly and professional. Whenever I have had to go to the AAA office to do business I have had a great experience as well - they are courteous and helpful for planning trips.

Locksmith Service
WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY, PRICE AND SERVICE OF THE WORK DONE BY AAA. THEY ARE NOT ALWAYS THE FASTEST, BUT WHEN YOU PAY A ONE TIME FEE FOR TOWING OR LOCKOUTS, YOU CAN USE THEM THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.

Auto Towing Service
WE HAVE USED AAA FOR THE PAST FEW YEARS FOR OUR LOCKSMITH AND TOWING NEEDS. WE HAVE BEEN FAIRLY HAPPY WITH AAA. WE HAVE DEFINITELY GOTTEN OUR USE OUT OF THEM. THE SERVICE IS GOOD, ALTHOUGH ONE NIGHT LATE WHEN WE HAD A CAR FIRE, THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANYONE AVAILABLE. WE WAITED FOR OVER AN HOUR BEFORE WE FOUND OUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY ONE THAT COULD SERVICE US. WE ENDED UP CALLING ANOTHER TOW SERVICE AND PAID OUT OF OUR POCKET. IF WE HAD TURNED IN THE RECEIPT THEY WOULD HAVE REIMBURSED US, BUT IT WAS A HASSLE TO HAVE TO PAY OUT OF OUR POCKET. WE WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF MOVING AND NEVER DID TURN IN THE RECEIPT FOR REIMBURSEMENT.
