Rick cares about the work he does.  He is thorough, conscientious, and efficient.  When he provided a bid, he took into consideration all the problems he could have encountered so there would be no surprises.  As the installation was done with ease, we were charged less than the bid.  I appreciated that he "under-promised" and over-delivered in terms of cost.  What we most appreciated, though, was his creativity in providing solutions to some plumbing work we will have him do in the near future.  This combination of creative problem solving and quality work is invaluable.

We've used these plumbers for all service since our house was built in 2001, and wish we had used them for the initial work.
As usual in the most recent work, the service people arrived on time, were polite, worked efficiently, got the job done, and educated me, the home owner, on best maintenance practices. When calling to schedule service or ask a plumbing question, Kitsap Peninsula Plumbing is always helpful, and takes the time to give good advice. Always honest and competent, I would trust this company with all my plumbing needs. It is actually a pleasure to have a visit from them.
