Description of Work: I had purchased furniture from the store, specifically a curio cabinet. Inadvertant damages occurred to the piece of furniture and they sent out a home repair kit for me.

 + -1 moreI have been buying furniture from them for the last 30 years. They have incredible prices. It is fun to go in there. They have a lot of interesting items to look. Their items are also very nice. They do not deliver, they can have someone deliver but you pay for that separately.
Description of Work: I purchased furniture from The Old Cannery Furniture Warehouse. I bought and entry table and mirror to go with it for $119 that is adorable. I have also purchased a couch for $1,000 that was $6,000 somewhere else.

 + -1 moreWE WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED ON THE CANNERY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE CANNERY ALLOWED US TO PICK UP THE NEW FURNITURE, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THE WRONG COLOR, AND USE IT UNTIL THE RIGHT COLOR WOULD BE DELIVERED. THE CANNERY PAID FOR ALL DELIVERY CHARGES. ALTHOUGH WE HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 6 WEEKS FOR THE RIGHT FURNITURE TO COME IN, WE WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED ON THE WILLINGNESS TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.
Description of Work: WE ORDERED A DUAL-RECLINING COUCH AND LOVE SEAT. THE AMOUNT ABOVE DOES NOT REFLECT DELIVERY CHARGES. WE HAD DECIDED TO PICK UP THE FURNITURE OURSELVES. WHEN WE ARRIVED TO PICK UP THE FURNITURE, THEY WERE IN THE WRONG COLOR.
