Everything was excellent. I had contacted Todd the week before regarding an inspection of my furnace which was working well. He quoted me the standard charge for coming out to inspect my furnace which he had installed back in 2009. He gave me a 2-day window the next week. He called me on the first of those days and set up the appointment for the next day. He arrived when he said he would. And he charged me less than the quoted price because the furnace was in such good shape. Great guy and great service!

They were really good. Overall, my experience with them was very good. I thought the price was reasonable for the work. The house is not big; it is a 900 sq. ft. home, so it did not require a lot. They came a day before doing the work to see what the work was going to look like, and I thought that was good because they would not waste their time when they came the next day not knowing what they were going to do.

The work itself was ok but other things were not pleasent. Superior was suppose to get me a hot water heater that I could get a rebate from Puget Sound Energy but the one they sold me wasn't covered so Puget Sound Energy told Superior to pay the $50.00 rebate which they did. After the installation it took a couple of minutes to get hot water to my bathroom upstairs when it used to only take 20-30 seconds on the old water heater. I called Superior and asked someone to come by to look and see what may be causing the hot water to take so long to get to my bathroom but no one ever showed up. A few months later I noticed my gas bill was higher than the previous year. I called Superior again and asked to have someone come by and see what the problem was with the length of time for the hot water to get to my bathroom and check the install to see why my gas bill was higher with the new hot water heater but no one ever showed up. To spend that amount of money for a new hot water heater that increased my gas bill and takes hot water forever to get to my bathroom makes me angry because once they had my money they have never been seen again.

THE OWNER WHO INSTALLED THE UNIT TODD WAS VERY GOOD AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. I AM NOT AS SURE ABOUT HIS HELPER. HE ENDED UP DRILLING THROUGH THE DRYWALL AND LEFT A SMALL DIMPLE IN THE BATHROOM WALL. HE DID COME OUT AND GAVE US A NEW THERMOSTAT UNIT AS THE FIRST ONE DIDN'T SEEM TO WORK RIGHT.
