James from Lee's Sanitation Service showed up exactly on time and pumped our 1100 gal solids tank. It was a quick and easy job and the price was optimal.

I needed it done immediately because the basement toilet was no longer flushing. We had used them before and were satisfied with the service. However, though we expressed the immediate need for the service, it was about a week later before they finally called. We had already drained the tank by then.

Randy with Lee's Sanitation described over the phone how to check my septic system inlet tee to unplug it, and that resolved the problem! I didn't have to have anyone come out to fix it!

He was a little late, but called to let me know beforehand. He did a really thorough job on pumping the tank. I would definitely call them again.

It (the cost) wasn't much. It was a fair price. All they did was unclog something, They didn't have to do anything major. He was great He actually tried to educate me on how to do it myself. He showed me how it worked and how to fix it. It was kind of interesting, but if the same thing happened again I would probably call him. It was fine. He did a good job and tried to help me out so it was good. I am sure they showed up on time.

Overall, average. I didn't really talk to them a whole lot. Nothing really to improve. Price was about average, competitive with other companies I called.

Needed to get the septic tank pumped. Team showed up right on time, did the job quickly, left the job site clean, and answered all questions we had along the way. Couldn't ask for more.

Randy and his crew are top notch. They performed the work in a timely, efficient manner. Randy did an excellent job of explaining the process so there were no surprises once the project began. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the yard and driveway when the job was completed. Would definitely hire and use their services again.

Jeff showed up right on time. He was friendly, efficient, and went straight to the job at hand. He also provided me with a lot of information that would assist me in keeping our septic running smoothly and individualized information about our specific tank. I appreciated his timeliness, honesty, and willingness to explain what he was doing. One thing I forgot to mention to Jeff when I paid was that I had received a flyer in the mail for $15.00 off for Angie's List members so don't forget to mention the coupon they have listed here or the one in the mail. I will definitely call Lee's Sanitation Service again!

Very well...all was done professionally, efficiently, and added to the life of my septic tank.

It was outlandish, outrageous but it was the going price. I wish the price was a little lower but I got other estimates and the price was al about the same. Their responsiveness was fine. They were on time. They were prompt. They knew what they were doing. The only problem was dealing with the County. The workers were very nice.

Arrived early and did excellent job of pumping tank. Very nice service man. Only thing I didn't like was that I had been told on the phone it was $350 but when the service man arrived I was told it was $425. He did give me a senior discount of $15.00, so total, with tax was $448.95.

This was our fourth septic tank pump out from Lee's. They are always fabulous. This time Dale came out on the same day to help us because we noticed some septic odors. As is usual with Lee's staff, Dale was very polite, professional and did a great job.

They have always been on time, knowledgable, and courteous.
