We bought a home in Bonney Lake. It had a master tub that had a shower rod and vinyl shower curtain. We don't like vinyl curtains and we wanted glass BUT the bathtub is oval and has a large curve to it. We thought installing a glass doo would have to be custom made and we thought it would be too expensive. But Mr. Glassman offered a Val-Pak coupon so we called him.

He sent out a representative to discuss the project with us. Free of charge. The answer was simple! Mr. Glassman had done these types of tubs before. They install a 3 piece glass door set.

We scheduled the job. Total cost was only about $825!!!! The entire installation only took 3 hours. The crew of two was TOTALLY respectful and wonderful to work with.

I had a bathroom with two windows (non-opening glass panes). Installed a double hung window and now have ventilation. Great job. They finished in less than 2 hours and no mess. I would recommend this company.

Overall it went well. The seal in the insulated windows was broken and moisture had seeped between the glass, fogging them. The finished product, my new windows are beautiful and it is so nice to look through clear windows again.

They did great. The owner came out and met with me to do the quote. We traded emails for a couple of weeks to pin down the options I wanted and the prices. They were not the cheapest but I felt a level of comfort and professionalism with their company so we signed a contract with them. We scheduled the install three weeks out from time of deposit and they were on site on time each day with plenty of their workers. (not subs) Even when it was determined that they had ordered two windows incorrectly from the factory they had a plan, put in a rush order for the new ones and came back as scheduled to install the last two. They even worked with me on withholding some money until the final windows were installed. The guys were clean, quiet (not a lot of yelling and cussing) pleasant to talk with and considerate of our belongings. One of their people did a walk around with me after it was all done. We found a couple of things that needed to be tweaked. Mostly caulking and clean up stuff. One manufacturer warranty issue. They made the call to the manufacturer to set up the onsite repair. They even put in the paper work for the rebate from the manufactuer. Got the check last week. All in all it was a good contractor experience. We are very please with the new windows and now that it is in the 30's outside we REALLY love our new windows.

VERY RELIABLE AND WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. THEY HAVE SOLVED EVERY PROBLEM AND FIXED EVERY BROKEN PIECE OF GLASS WE HAVE HAD. WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY COMPLAINTS WITH THEM.

I TOOK THE ENTIRE FRAME DOWN TO THE BOYS AT GLASSMAN INC AND EXPLAINED MY DILEMMA TO THEM. THEY EXPLAINED TO ME HOW THE WINDOW WAS AN UNCOMMON TYPE BUT WITH A LITTLE BIT OF PATIENCE IT COULD BE FIXED. FIVE MINUTES LATER I STROLLED OUT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

THE WINDOWS AND DOORS HAVE TURNED OUT WONDERFUL. WE HAD A FEW STRESSFUL MOMENTS WITH THE INSTALLATION OF THE DOORS AND POOR QUALITY ON THE TRIM WORK AND SEALING BUT IN THE END THEY CAME BACK TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES AND THE OWNER WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING AND EASY TO WORK WITH.
