The technician arrived promptly when he said, was very professional, not pushy and completed the job in excellent time. He also did a check-up on the furnace while he was here. I will definitely hire this company for any other services in the future.

toni was the technician.  Very thourough and polite.  Changed out both filters in gas furnace.  Explained to me in detail that I needed two new parts for my furnance and what they would cost.  Absolutely no pressure at all to purchase then.  Explained to me that without the new parts the furnance "should" work.  I ended buying the one that Toni thought was most important.  That part was $107.00.  So, not so bad at all.  All in all, I will definately use this company again, especially for my annual furnance "tune-up".

Only complaint was the price of the components.  They were a bit high.  The work was professional and high quality.  Technician was prompt and courteous.

Very professional, quickly identified the fuses that had gone bad, confirmed no obvious extenuating reason for the failure.  Cost very reasonable.  Definitely will use again.

I've lived in this home about 5 years. The furnace is probably the original placed in 1975. Tony did a great job. serviced the furnace accoreding to the 25 point checklist as advertised.  and provided an estimate for additional repairs. the furnace neded some new wires. He got the furnaqce working again and it is now putting out heat again. very reasonable price. very professional and helpful. thanx tony!

The first time these jokers came out was to diagnose the air conditioner. My appointment time was between 3:30pm-4:30pm. He finally shows up at about 5:30pm and doesn't speak a lick of English. I had someone at the house for me to greet him and although he "diagnosed" it there was no clear explanation for what was actually wrong.  He wouldn't give my roommate the name of the peice that was broken, etc. He actually said, from what I understand "It'll cost $150 to repair it, and $300 to fully fix it" Riddle me that. I had to call the office the following Monday morning for an explanation of their diagnosis and a more concrete quote to fix it. They gave me a quote of about $200 to replace a $35 part. I did some calling around and they were actually the cheapest I could get someone to come out for, so under my better judgment I scheduled them to come out on Friday at 4:30pm. I work in downtown Seattle and live in the Graham area so I had to make special arrangements in order to get home at 4:30pm. I worried about all week getting home on time and was able to arrive home exactly at 4:30pm. I have plans at 6:30pm this evening and guess what - no technician. I call the office about 4:45pm (after I called earlier that day to confirm the time and ask to have the tech call me when he was in route) Since I had no call around 4:45pm I called the office. The lady in the office seems very nice but it's obvious she either doesn't give two s**** about her customers, or her techs don't give two s**** about the poor position they put her in from a customer service standpoint. Either way here I am typing up a review about a company I'm still waiting to shell out $200 to replace a $35 part. I should probably just got get certified to fix AC units so I can screw people over to! Long story short, pay a little more for someone who A. Speaks English, and B. shows up on time. You'll thank yourself later.
