The people were pleasant to deal with. My biggest issue was that the quality of the cement was very poor. They added water to the cement and it will end up cracking and breaking. They said that it wasn't their fault and that the cement quality was poor. The cement is very blotchy and there are veins running through it.
They are very bad about getting back to me. The quality control manager answers the phone, but the person who is supposed to call me back never gets back to me.
