Cameron Wagner, the service manager, explained everything that was going to be done beforehand in detail, answering all the questions I had and provided an estimate before I had decided to make the appointment. Not only was the final bill almost exact to the estimate, he also gave me several discounts. The custoner service is without doubt the best...very accomodating, very reasonable rates, and they do outstanding work. (I had been in a few months earlier--referred by a friend--to check on why my car had not started up a couple of times, and they fixed the problem and charged me less than would have been expected for the service.)
I very highly recommend this place and intend to use it for all my auto needs in the future. Not only that, I am telling all my friends and anyone I know about them and recommending them to all. After nearly 45 years of owning cars and not being able to find a really good reliable service shop, I finally have found it.
