They are quite far from me but I still go there because I like them. They are honest, reputable, and trustworthy. Their prices are very reasonable and they will give you a discount based on your affiliation. They also send you coupons in the mail and you get $40-$50 off of your repair bills. They are very good mechanics and they seem to know exactly what they are doing.

I think they're really great. Their staff are polite, honest, and their pricing is fair. Customer service to them is extremely important.

Called for an oil change and they were able to fit me in as soon as I was able to make it. Fast service (while I waited), courteous, professional. Overall, a great experience. I've used them a number of times in the past and don't see any reason why I wouldn't continue to use them for everything I need related to my cars.

I made an appointment and brought my car in for a complete maintenance service, including replacing the timing belt and water pump---which is often a very costly service. I cannot speak highly enough of the superb service I received. I have had my car serviced in the past at the dealership and other auto service shops, but they were either very expensive and/or not very competent. Often I was left with a huge bill and often work that was not done right. It is difficult to find a good auto service shop, but this place is not only good...it is outstanding!!! Cameron Wagner, the service manager, explained everything that was going to be done beforehand in detail, answering all the questions I had and provided an estimate before I had decided to make the appointment. Not only was the final bill almost exact to the estimate, he also gave me several discounts. The custoner service is without doubt the best...very accomodating, very reasonable rates, and they do outstanding work. (I had been in a few months earlier--referred by a friend--to check on why my car had not started up a couple of times, and they fixed the problem and charged me less than would have been expected for the service.) I very highly recommend this place and intend to use it for all my auto needs in the future. Not only that, I am telling all my friends and anyone I know about them and recommending them to all. After nearly 45 years of owning cars and not being able to find a really good reliable service shop, I finally have found it.

CAR SMART WAS VERY GOOD AND FAIR. THEIR WORK HAS ALWAYS BEEN ON TIME AND VERY RELIABLE. I HAD NO ARGUMENTS WITH THEIR WORK. IT WAS WELL WORTH THE EXPERIENCE.
