 + -1 moreWE HIRE HIM VIA AN ANNUAL $125/MONTH CONTRACT. HE ALWAYS SHOWS UP WITHOUT BEING CALLED AND REMINDED. HE KEEPS ME INFORMED IF HE WILL MISS A SCHEDULED LAWN MOW DUE TO VACATION, ETC. (WHICH IS RARE). HE EVEN BLOWS LEAVES OUT OF THE FLOWER BEDS AND MOWS THEM UP IN THE FALL.
Description of Work: IN SEASON WEEKLY LAWN MOWING, DISPOSAL OF GRASS CLIPPINGS AND PICK UP OF FALLEN LEAVES IN THE FALL.
