BEN FRANKLIN CRAFTS & FRAMES

After a very bad experience at a different frame shop I located these great folks, again from Angie's List. From doing an almost interview of me to determine my preferences, to showing me various options to checking on the ability of a frame supplier to make an unusual cut, nothing deterred her from making sure each piece was as I hoped it would be. The results are stunning. One piece that had been an on the hall wall type of art suddenly is the most incredible piece. It demands center stage! Never would I have thought such a change possible. It just proves what a contribution a great framer can make to a good art piece. I still say, "Wow," when I look at it (now over the fireplace). The other pieces are equally finished. An art poster for the worlds fair is now a piece of art. Pricing is not inexpensive, but she did let it be my decision as the costs built. There were no surprises other than the greatness of the result. Have your cherished things done here!

THIS WAS MY FIRST SHOT AT GETTING A PICTURE FRAMED SO I WAS NOT EXACTLY SURE WHAT I WAS DOING, BUT THE FOLKS AT THE BEN FRANKLIN FRAME SHOP DID. FIRST THEY TOOK ME THROUGH THE PROCESS OF PICKING OUT THE FRAME, THEN WE WENT ON TO THE MAT AND THEN WE TALKED ABOUT PROTECTIVE GLASS SO THAT THE PICTURE DOES NOT FADE IF IT IS NEAR LIGHT. THIS WAS A SURPRISE FOR MY HUSBAND AND HE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. I HAVE TO ADMIT IT LOOKS REALLY NICE. THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR PICTURE.
