Nick picked up the computer on the same day I called him. He found 3 viruses, got rid of them and cleaned up the computer. He was ready to bring it back the next day, but I needed to make it a different day. He brought it back at the agreed date and time. He set it up again and stayed to make sure everything was working properly.

Nick brought the computer back the next day, on time and set it back up for me, had me try to do some of the tasks I'd been having trouble with. It works GREAT:) He charged a fraction of what I expected to pay. He was a VERY pleasant young man.
