This is the first time I have had Greg tune my piano. He came recommended by several people on the Monroe Facebook page. My piano hasn't been tuned since we moved 18 years ago. He showed up promptly a few minutes before our scheduled appointment, introduced himself and went right to work. I mentioned a couple of the keys didn't bounce back or play at all. He was able to correct the issue by simply lubricating the keys. He explained possibly what could be causing the issue (humidity in our case) and offered to come back if the lubricating didn't work. The entire tuning took about 2 hours and the piano sounds beautiful now.

Greg is a perfectionist and skilled at getting the most out of our piano Not just tuning but shaping the sound to what you want it to be. If you care about your piano he is the best I have ever seen and we have used his services for nearly 10 years.
