Originally Jeff came out and analyzed the feature and determined everywhere that we didn't have any problems.

The waterfall is about 10 feet tall and the whole feature is about 20 feet long.

I worked with Jeff on how to isolate where the problem area in our water feature was.

The process involves coating the entire water feature in plastic from the water feed to the waterfall so all the water runs down the plastic. Then once a day slowly cutting the plastic back up the feature. We would adjust the plastic and then let the water feature run for a day.

Jeff was not able to do this part as it took us five days to isolate the problem area.

Most of that time is just letting the waterfall run after you make adjustments in the process.

Once we isolated the problem area we called Jeff and scheduled him to come out and repair the problem area.

Two days later Jeff showed up with new liner and rocks and in four hours completely rebuilt the entire top part of our water feature. Not only did he fix the problem, but he redesigned the entire upper part of the water feature so that it is MUCH nicer than it was. My wife and I both like it better than it was before Jeff became involved.

It would have been better if Jeff had done the initial design and installation.

HE IS THE MAN!!!!

Jeff  was very detailed in his analysis of problems we were having and was able to fix

a number of problems that we had  as well as ruling out the things that were not

problems.

He was friendly, polite  and extremely professional.

He was the third person to try to fix these problems and he was the

only one to successfully fix the problems

Primarily the owner did most of the work. He was absolutely fantastic and very honest. Able to collaborate with him. I can't say enough about the work and the working relationship. I thought it was very good value. My husband and I are both very happy with the work.

We recently purchased a home with a great waterfall in the backyard - however, the waterfall leaked profusely. Jeff was referred to us from a friend so we called him to come out and have a look and he came by that same day.
Jeff crawled all over the waterfall, looking at the liner and the rock placement and said he would be happy to work on it. We also told him we were interested in adding a skimmer and he suggested also adding a bio-filter which will help keep algae down.
Jeff ended up removing ALL the rocks from the waterfall, shoveling out years of dirt and silt from the bottom of the pond, laying out all new liner in the stream and resetting the rocks along the sides. He also installed the new skimmer and a new bio-filter. He suggested to us that we could keep our existing strong pump and get a smaller pump for the skimmer that goes through the bio-filter which would save us more money and in essence create a second smaller waterfall.
The job took about three days and the results were amazing. We felt like we had the waterfall of our dreams. It is truly impressive.
I would recommend Jeff to anyone who is interest in have an incredible water feature in their yard. He is a driven worker and has inspiration when designing how the waterfall will look and the placement of rocks. He knew what we wanted and he delivered.
Excellent work!

Jeff came out and we talked about how we wanted it to look. I had seen a paver pathway he installed at another home, so that gave me a good idea of where to begin. He suggested where I could go to look at pavers and pick out the ones I liked. We discussed the patterns he could make with them and suggested a little curve in the path which made all the difference esthetically. Jeff did all the work himself and was very reasonable price wise. We love our pathway now...it was the best hardscape investment we have made in the 20+ years we have lived here. And since I am writing this review 3 (or is it 4 now?) years after the completion of the job, I can attest to the quality of the work. We have not had any pavers go askew, sink or rise up. All are still beautifully in place. Now if only I had a spot for a waterfall....
