THE OWNER IS AN HONEST, EASY-TO-WORK WITH PERSON WITH NO-NONSENSE APPROACH TO REMODELING. HIS FOREMAN IS EXCELLENT, VERY SKILLED. THE CREWS WORK IS ERRATIC. VERY IMPORTANT TO KEEP AN EYE ON THEIR WORK, ESPECIALLY THE SUBCONTRACTORS FOR DRYWALL AND PAINTING.
