Spray application and the ants disappeared and have not returned. Service was prompt and right on time. No pressure to purchase multi-visit or extended service plan as other firms had tried to sell or insist upon. Very satisfied and will hire again in the future if the need arises.

He was affordable, prompt, knowledgeable, and explained all the issues.  He was friendly and had a great attitude.  He was nice and did a good job.  We were very impressed with him.

Amazing!  After using Kevin last year with instant results, and a last minute save the holiday this year was no question.  He has multiple treatments to ensure the best results for what you are trying to attain.  This year we wanted to get a jump start and treat before seeing the ants and bees from the outside coming inside.  Because of the professionalism, punctuality, and knowledge of the business we had no problem having him come to the house while we were not there this year.  We had a non-repellent treatment applied, which allows the insects in and out of the home to cross the barrier as normal.  This allows them to track the treatment back to anywhere that they go.  This does mean that the ants and wasps for us will be visible for a day or two after, but that does mean that they are picking up the poison to do the dirty work.  That is it.  Not a single sign after that.  Kevin guarantees the product we used for the life of the chemical, which was 90 days for us.  $225 to sleep easy day or night and know that we won't have ants or bees to affect us this summer, and have him come back if necessary to protect us in the fall is the perfect plan for us.  With no contracts to lock you in treatment is definitely under your control.  There was no pressure whatsoever for any treatment or future treatment, and that was also comforting.  Kevin is and will be our pest solution.
