Wave's physical service is excellent - when it works. But this review is about when it *doesn't* work. Last time my phone, internet & cable went out it took them three days to get to me. The tech showed up and it took him five minutes to determine he needed a ladder. He said someone would be out to fix it the next day. Nobody showed up. It was three or four days later when someone finally got out to fix it. I was offline for a solid week. I complained about the lousy service, and was told that a manager would call me to discuss. Nobody called. I'm having phone problems again this week. Called on Monday, and was answered by the usual phone robot trying to get me to stop pestering human beings. Finally got to the part where I could talk to a real human ... providing I was willing to wait twenty minutes. I wasn't. I used the online form which states that I will be contacted within 48 hours. Nobody responded. Called again this morning, same robot stalled me, and eventually found that I had THIRTY minute wait. Used Angie's to find a contractor and had an appointment ten minutes later. The original cable installation is under my driveway with no conduit. They promised me a conduit over two years ago. I'm still waiting. If I had a choice of providers in my area, I would most assuredly use a different one.
