Tom responded within an hour of my inquiry (on Thanksgiving day, no less) and scheduled a visit that Saturday. He is very nice to work with, is kind and personable, and explains things thoroughly, including how to fix rodent entry problems myself vs having him do it. I'd recommend him.

I have just begun the service. I had the initial appointment when Tom, the owner, came out and inspected my property for rats. He then set some traps and is coming back next week to see if they are filled. There is no obligation to a contract. Very likable and informative person.
