They did an excellent job. The quality of the work was great. I was impressed that he introduced me to everyone on his crew. He also came out to work on the roof when it was raining and any other weather we had. Since the job, I've had at least 3 people come up to me while I'm doing yard work and ask who did my roof!

Very slow at first. Rains was expected, roof was completely open, seams, vents, everything, because they had not come back previous afternoon to cover it. Rain next morning. 2 guys showed up in morning. My attic insulation got wet, had water drip down into inside of window frames.
Mark extremely hard to get a hold of during this whole job, his crew at times could not reach him. Even after the job was done, hard to get a hold of him. Took a month to get my invoice.
Job took longer than it was supposed to, claiming he had other jobs going, which was my problem. Job was supposed to take 5 days tops. Took just under 2 weeks.
Took over a week for one of his crew to get here to clean up the nails, debris from roof. Just found out today, they never cleaned out the gutters of the sand of old roof. They swept the sand off the plywood and into the gutters(no problem) but never cleaned out the gutters.
Today is Aug. 9th, 2013 and have spent a full day vacuuming all the gutters of this 2 story house and pressure washing them, not to mention vacuuming the roof of nails, staples and rubber bands.
Not happy about that at all. 8,000.00 for a roof job, and i'm doing the cleaning.
The positive is that they did a great job. Mark is a great guy, honest, but I think stretches himself and crew out to thin.
I would recommend using him, but keep an eye on the jobs being done, to make sure they stick to his word of clean up.
He replaced a bad facial board free of charge. I did do the painting of it before he installed it.
They were pretty darn carefull to not damage gutters, plants, flower beds. The crew was very good to work with.
This is my experience, others may have had much better results than I did.

Mark The Roofer used him in the past too. He's very honest. He doesn't try to sell more than you need. He honest about whether it needs to be repaired or not. He works within your budget. He's chatty. That's his only downfall, he's chatty and kind of will talk your ear off a little bit. He's honest and we like that.
