I have designed and built all sizes of one and two story additions and I have taken the job from your requirements to 'Virtual Photos' of the completed project to obtaining the permits and final building. I work with other contractors to complete large projects such as 'Additions'. Over time I have created a support group of other Contractors who like myself had or have small companies (2 or 3) employees whom I call upon for their various disciplines. This is a great way to operate, as the best and contractors who are just out to earn a living who are expert in that particular discipline. The end result to you is that you have the 'best' for the 'least cost' and this I have proven over and over and 'that' is why every customer I have ever had is also a ‘reference’. Last but not least, I usually do create drawings and Virtual Photos for all Kitchen or Bath or Remodels so that you, my Customer, and I can be on the same page on how the finished project will look.
