I've had my ductless heat pumps for 3 years now and have received top notch services with install and regular preventative maintenance. Rusty and Dave are responsive and reasonable. Tom is an excellent technician - he knows his stuff and is able to communicate that with the customer. He's professional, on-time, and efficient. Would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Everything was very good, purchase, installation but after that seems I do not exist. Air handler year and half old making loud noise wanted them to check it out since they installed, tried three times, three different ways and never got any response.
