Tore everything out at the beginning of the project and left hot wires exposed in all living areas for months on end. Seemed knowledgeable and friendly initially but part way through the project was screaming on the phone at others and cussing at my project as well as others. He did very little right the first time and had an awful lot of rework and still has over a page of stuff left to do that he never did or that he broke or didn't do correctly. He repeatedly connected the electric stove to the microwave (both are to be on their own circuits) and shorted those together with almost all the outlets and all the lights both inside and outside on the living level. Every time he came he moved around what was associated with which breaker and never documented any of them other than one generically. He didn't do things to code - for example mixed things together on the same circuit that were to be on dedicated circuits, didn't put in GFCI outlets when receptacles were near water, didn't put covers on lights in closets, removed arc fault breaker needed for fireplace, etc. He left conditions in a fire hazard state - and then didn't connect the smoke alarms for weeks on end and when he did connect them didn't do it such that they appropriately alarmed simultaneously. He left things in a state where the homeowner would get shocked when touching a light switch or a whole floor of lights and outlets would get tripped off by simply plugging a fan in when nothing else was turned on or plugged in on the circuit. Knowing that things were to be on dedicated circuits, he wouldn't run the cables for them prior to having sheetrock installed, texturing done and walls painted, and then he would tear out almost as much of the wall as was just fixed trying to remedy what he didn't do right the first time. He put smoke alarms touching the walls, and when he moved them out, he left junction boxes and blatant covers showing rather than running a cable long enough such that the hole could be covered over with plaster rather than having to have a plate on it. He didn't get a permit covering everything to be done (left out three of my four floors...) so that inspector wouldn't hold him accountable for those floors. Never remedied failures of an electrical inspection within the time frame specified by city - always days to weeks longer. Cut holes all over the place including in the middle of shelves and fractured boards that he drilled through so badly that they had to be patched with metal plates. Didn't install what he was supposed to - uninstalled existing high functional switches and swapped them out for standard switches rather than replacing them with an equivalent switch of the desired color. Said he swapped out heaters but simply put a new front plate on them. Committed to doing work like doing the electrical for my fireplace and then refused to do it. Screwed globes on so tightly that they can't be taken off to replace bulbs. Refused to provide an itemized invoice, only a summary one. Demanded full payment partway through job and when I refused because he wasn't completing the work much less correctly, he threatened to take a lien out on my home and may still do that two days from now. Refuses to mediate, return calls or texts, walks away when talked to, hangs up on you when you call. Bottom line, awful job. Awful contractor. Don't use.

They're good. They're a little slow at responding. They're just two brothers, and sometimes, they just don't have time. But they're pretty good about letting you know about what the time frame is going to be. They do a good job. I respect that, that they're upfront about what they can do and when they can do it. They're very good about that and their work is very good. They'll let you know if they're behind and when they'll get there. With contractors, that's a very big deal. Everything about them is all very good. Their prices are in line what you would expect to pay for electrical. They weren't overpriced. I highly recommend them.

Jacob and his coworker came in and went straight to work. Very friendly and worked hard to do the work the way I wanted it to look and function. They actually added a switch and outlet we had not discussed earlier at no extra cost, it just made things more efficient in the functionality of my project. I will definitely will be referring them and calling them in the future.

Gave a competitive bid, discussed options, did a great, careful job, all in one day. Stayed with bid, cleaned up site, and every thing has worked perfect since. Call Him!

It went great. They finished in under an hour and the lights look great. Though I have only used Clark's for smaller jobs, they do larger jobs as well and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for a bigger project.

Jacob arrived on time, provided an accurate estimate and did the work quickly and efficiently. He was very careful to avoid damaging anything or leaving a a mess behind. This is the third time we've used Clark Electric and we will certainly do so again in the future.

He showed up on time with several different lights so I could see what would work best. He took his time to make sure everything was perfectly line up. Did a great job. Was done installing 6 lights in 3 hours.

Jacob is great and we will definitely use Clark's Electric again. We were having some work done and needed some electrical moved. We had a switch that we didn't know which light it went to and he found the light and fixed the circuit in about 20 minutes. Very nice and easy to work with.
