I LEFT WHEN THEY CAME IN. THEY CLEANED THE CARPETS WHILE I WAS GONE. WHEN I CAME BACK, THEY WERE FINISHED SO THEY LEFT. IT WAS ALL VERY STRAIGHT-FORWARD.

THEY ARE SATISFACTORY. THE CLEANLINESS OF THE CARPET DID NOT SEEM TO LAST AS LONG AS I HAD HOPED. I THOUGHT IT WOULD LAST SIX MONTHS BUT IT ONLY LASTED ABOUT THREE MONTHS.
