 + -1 morevery personable, trustworthy and professional brothers. Estimate given on time and ceiling of $50,000 agreed upon but the extras they added and the work done was over and above my expectations. They kept me aware of changes and had needed recommendations. I was not sure of all that was needed and they walked me through the process and assisted with decisions. Description of Work: removal of shingle and lp siding, replaced with moisture barrier and hardiplank siding covering of soffits, applying for and getting permits removal of old deck and replaced with 650 sq ft trumark deck using clips, railing around 1/2 of deck, reinforced area for future hot tub 150ft of cedar 6 ft fencing painting of house and 10X8 ft shed, washing of gutters and windows replaced old sliding glass door and small utility room window, installed dog door in wall converted existing bedroom to master bath with door to deck, tub, sink, toilet, walk in closet with bifold door closed existing door to bedroom, linoleum floor, tile tub surround replaced door to outside storage, installed security metal screen door
