Bayless electric did a full rewire of my house. They did everything very professionally. It was a easy process with them. They were on schedule nd charged exactly what they bid (even after a few issues arose that needed to be addressed). I highly recommend them to everyone who needs their services

Greg and his team did superb work on a very difficult, multi-faceted electrical rebuild that ended up being even more complicated that any of us realized. We needed to replace 55-year-old panels that had been put into our old house by an amateur and were very unsafe. This also entailed putting new lines in from our house to the electric pole down our mountain road and working with the power company to minimize our time without electricity. In addition we wanted to install a whole-house generator because we live up in the stormy North Cascade Mountains. Greg gave us a fair bid for all of this, and worked with us on the timing and scheduling. As soon as his team started the work, he realized that our wiring was a disorganized, unlabeled jumble of wires pushed into every nook and cranny of one wall of our garage - all obviously tinkered with by many people, including the amateur owner, over the 55-year life of the house. Greg and his team eventually discovered that all our switches were on a separate and even more disorganized low-voltage system, that also had to be completely redone. The past owner had been a tinkerer who put 3-6 switches in every room and hallway and not one of them was labeled. It was overwhelming to even look at! Greg and his team patiently worked through ALL of this, spending much more time than they originally expected, without complaint, until every single system was redone, replaced, organized and clearly labeled. We were exhausted just watching them go through all of this work, and I can't imagine how they had the persistence to do it themselves! Not only did they work through it all, but Greg is a perfectionist who checks, rechecks, and re-rechecks everything until he is certain that everything is exactly as it needs to be for safety, usability, and for the next time an electrician needs to work on our system. We now have a brand new, PERFECT electrical system that we know is safe and solid, with panels and a low-voltage system that are labeled and easy to use, with wires neatly organized and put into boxes where they belong, and with an automatic whole-house generator installed and ready for our next big storm. And, last but not least, unlike so many other electricians, Greg did not add any additional charges for all this extra work. He honored our original contract. We are so grateful to Greg and his team for cleaning up our disastrous electrical mess! We found Greg on Yelp and decided to go with him because he was listed as the top Generac expert in our area, but he will be our only electrician for any kind of electrical work from now on! Greg was quick to respond to my needs, got me scheduled right away.  He was very knowledgeable and honest. He took his time to explain what was going on so I could understand.  That gave me peace of mind, knowing it was going to be fixed right.

I couldn't believe how organized he was. It seemed to make the panel change go quick and smooth.  I was pretty worried about how long the house would be without power while he was changing it out, but it was done so quick there were no issues at all.  I also like that Bayless Electric is a family owned and operated business.
He is going to be coming back in the next few weeks to upgrade my kitchen lighting to LED.  I will use Bayless Electric for any electric changes I need done.

The second part of the job, he came back and put the covers on and that quality was not as good as it could have been and I had to fix some of those issues.

If you're looking for an electrician, look no further. Greg is a master at his trade. I've used his company for several projects, and I'll continue to use him in the future. I built 5 homes in Seattle WA, Greg came in and did the job. On time, and budget. Made some nice suggestions as well on things that most folks wouldn't think of. Greg gets it. He knows how to get the jobs done, while giving people exactly what they want. He also knows the industry's current products, and what will, and sometimes more important, what won't work for you!
