When the time came to install the playset, the work was delayed multiple times. Many, many promises of dates were not fulfilled. When they finally did come and install it, we had to send them a letter outlining that the correct installation was not complete, ignoring safety standards, and proper functionality. Eventually the project was abandoned, and our neighborhood association had to reach out to them, demanding that the job was properly finished. We eventually turned to the manufacturer to provide us with proper installation techniques that we relayed to Architecreation. Eventually, after multiple delays and much hassle, the project was completed.
