+ -1 moreIn spite of highly inferior quality of flooring, Windsor has gone beyond their responsibility to make an inferior product, that is no fault of their own, right. The expense of repair falls on them when it SHOULD BE ON THE MANUFACTURER of the Longhua style bamboo flooring. Said manufacturer has pushed the blame to the blameless and shown profound disrespect for their retailers who must answer to the public. The folks at Windsor have been great to work with and evidentally they picked up the integrity that the manufacturer of the Longhua style bamboo flooring kicked out the front door! Thanks to all at Windsor.
