Boats
My wife dropped my boat off while I was out of town and she remarked how nice they were and made her feel like they valued her business. She explained that my boat had been sitting for ~3 years and had trouble starting before it went into storage. They gave the engine a tune up, changed the lower end oil, gave the controls, hoses and wiring a good going over and reassembled the engine to check the impeller before replacing it. When they called my wife to explain the impeller needed to be replaced they told her they didn't want to just replace it without checking it first. They disassembled the lower half of the engine again and replaced the impeller (and didn't charge me extra for labor).
They completed the work earlier than they quoted and for less money than the original quote. When I got home from my business trip the boat was at home waiting for me. I noticed something that I wasn't sure was correct (since it had been years since I used my boat). I e-mailed Tricia on a Saturday and had a nice response from her on Sunday (even though they were closed on weekends). She explained what I was looking at was always there and part of the engine (pito tube for a speed sensor) without making me feel like an idiot for not knowing this about my own boat.
I will definitely use West Plains Marine again and have refered friends to them as well. Great work, excelent customer care and outsanding prices. My wife especially appreciated them treating her well.
