HORRIBLE! From the very first day of the contract, things were miscued. 1. Maintenance conducted on the home was double charged twice, submitting receipts duplicating repair parts that were identical. 2. We had a friend call twice to see the property to test the process, and they would not help her see it. First they wanted her to ?drive by the property?. When this was followed, she couldn?t get an appointment to see the property that was not within the specified time range range. 3. Security Deposit was returned to Renter without any diligence to the property's condition and contract terms (we had to repaint and repair over 35 nail holes). 4. Property Management fees are charged regardless of whether someone is occupying the residence or not. There was no incentive to rent our property for five months, remaining vacant, while still charging us fees. 5. Home was neglected; at no time was there any advice to the condition of the home or recommendation taken to maintain the property in current marketable conditions. We had to fly there to inspect and execute the repair list. They are just serving as a ?pass through? for your direction. 6. Every repair estimate that I ordered came in 100% higher than market conditions. I.E. Gardening Service was being charged $250 a month. Painting for 800sqft came in at $1500. Carpeting at $1000 for 400sqft. 7. Just read the reviews on this company from the renters. I should have paid closer attention to the ?1 star? they received. All in all... I have lost all positive cash flow with home due to poor management by Watson Management Co. So far, this month, the house is still not rented (after six months) and I have sunk over $4000 in repairing everything the previous renters destroyed. I would highly recommend passing on this company, they essentially just clloct checks and are a processing company.
