VOLTRIC ELECTRIC

We have our nearly 90 year old house up for sale and in preparation had to have some remaining knob and tube wiring replaced.  We had several electricians take a look at what needed to be done and provide an estimate.  Before having Voltric come the estimates we received were very similar with each having a low and high range.  They all spent only a small amount of time and all mentioned that it would be necessary to make holes in the walls, ceilings, and possibly floors to complete the work and we would be responsible for repairs.  From the descriptions they gave, we were concerned they would take a "sledge hammer" approach and the repairs would have been very expensive.

When Frank came out, he spent considerably more time going through the house and checking what would need to be replaced.  He also mentioned that wall damage was a possibility, but discussed with us some ways they would approach the work to keep it at a minimum.  He gave a detailed estimate. Although that estimate was at the high end of the ranges others had given, we were impressed with the time he spent and the creativity he demonstrated in suggesting ways to keep damage at a minimum and decided to go with Voltric.

Now that the work is done, we are very glad we chose Voltric.  The job took a bit longer than expected and there was some necessary work that was not in the estimate.  However, there were other items in the estimate that did not need to be done (e.g., a new panel) and the final bill was a bit lower than the estimate.

More important perhaps is that we had to spend the grand total of nothing to repair damage to walls, ceilings, etc., so the total cost of the project was significantly less than what others would have cost.

The people doing the work arrived promptly at 7:30 each morning and worked diligently throughout the day.  They all showed a great deal of consideration for us and for our four-legged family members who were a bit disturbed by the disruption in their lives.  They were very patient with the many questions we had throughout the process.  A few of the tasks provided some big challenges to their goal of doing as little damage as possible, but they persevered until solutions were found and achieved.

Again we are very happy to have had Voltric do the work and without hesitation or reservation, we highly recommend Voltric and will certainly use them for any future electrical work we may need to have done.

Was able to set an appointment same day I posted. The guy came out that afternoon. He checked out the issue quickly and thoroughly and explained the possibilities, then went to work, figured out the problem which was something damaged in the fuse box. He fixed it and also gave me advice on other issues he saw with our electrical system. He had time left for the full service call that he had to charge, so asked if we had anything else he could do in 15-minutes. He was friendly and professional.

I assume they did really well because I have no way of knowing. Everything seems to be working fine. I know who they are, and they have done work with me before through a different contractor. My sister has also used them. They have a good reputation. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

The technicians from Voltric Electric were consumate professionals! They were careful, thorough, and cleaned up after themselves. I wanted one more eave outlet installed but they erred on the side of safety, as they wanted to consult with one of their supervisors before running the line. I highly recommend Voltric Electric!

From the moment Frank came out to bid on the job, I knew we would hire them. He was very professional and he took his time to look at everything in order to give us a quality bid. Frank treated me with respect and did not talk down to me since my husband was not able to be there, which I very much appreciated. The guys he sent out to do the work were outstanding. I felt very comfortable with them around my children, they completely respected my house and kept me informed on progress (it took a couple weeks to do all the work, it was a lot of work). After hearing about and seeing some of the old wiring, I feel so much safer in my house knowing that they did the work. You can tell they care about the work they do.
