"We tried every possible way we could to please this client. As far as the finish coat is concerned, there was a recall on the product. The member would not allow us back in to fix it. Scheduling is also very difficult tp predict when customers add more tasks to our work load. There was a complaint about cracked boards in the floor. Wood is a natural product and there are natural fractures. We did the best that we could on this floor, Unfortunately we can not appease a client that crawls around on their hands and knees, to inspect every inch of a hardwood floor. The state of Washington allows contractors a 5% defect rate. Our workmanship falls well below the defect rate. This floor was over 1000 sq. feet and there is bound to be a board or two with a natural defect. We do the best that we can, 99% of our clients are extremely satisfied with our work. It just goes to show, that you can't please everyone all of the time."
