Melissa and I are the Painters and we are on the jobsite every day ensuring everything is done to our high standards. We always go above and beyond what the customer is expecting. With us on the job everyday we are there to answer your questions. We have ladders to 40’ and have figured out ways to paint higher. Heights do not bother us. We are lead certified so you will be in compliance if your home was built before 1978. We always dispose of paints, thinners and all construction debris in the most environmentally safe way. We know the best products from each paint supplier and do not just buy from one. We demand the best there is available. Your happiness is our goal! They did a great job. I was picky and any things that weren't perfect, they fixed to perfection. Very nice, professional people, who got in and got the job done quickly.
Description of Work
Paint most of the interior of my house, including high ceilings, laminate counter tops, backsplash tile, new floating vinyl kitchen floor, small other touches: new light fixture, new door handle.

The painting is great. There were lots of nail holes to fill and small repair issues. The kitchen floor is beautiful, the pattern flows perfectly straight. The laminate is a newer product and looks great. There were some issues with it during installation and Vern is working to address that. I have total faith that he will. The backsplash tile is ok. Melissa supervised the paint crew and paints with them, ensuring top quality. She and Vern go the extra mile to make sure the customer is totally satisfied. They also spent a lot of time with me planning the job and showing me samples of the products they use. Their crews worked hard and were polite and appropriate. Vern and Melissa are great people and a wonderful team. I would use them again.
Description of Work
They painted a formal living room, formal dining room, entry way, kitchen, family room, long stairway, bathroom, 2 sky lights, high ceilings, waterfall ceiling, and peaked ceiling. There were lots of nail holes and some repair work needed. They also put in a new kitchen floor, laminate countertops, and backsplash tile. They also came back after carpet was put in and retouched any areas that needed it.

Verne and Me was the middle bid of three bids. One higher and one lower. There was a lot of prep work needed before painting and Verne and Me addressed that issue with a clear plan that sealed the deal for us. The paint colors had not been decided on before prep work began and there was much assistance from the Me part of the team with making our final decision. We tried a number of color combos on the house before picking our final choices. Willingness to test the paint choices on different areas of the house was done cheerfully. We are very happy with the results of our collaboration with Verne and Me. Our house looks wonderful. All expectations were met. We would definitely use them for interior painting in the future.

We haven't used them yet because about the time we got the quote from them, our roof started leaking. He said that his wife helps with choosing colors for paint to go with furniture and other things. We did think the price was reasonable. We have cathedral ceilings in the living room and kitchen. t was not a bad estimate.

We got a quote from Vern and Me Painting to paint a living room, kitchen, hallway, and bedroom. We also got a quote for a little bit of repair work in one bathroom and painting that.

I inherited a house from my Aunt that was built in 1950 and had some renovations in the 80s. It was painted pink and lavender and really needed a facelift if I hoped to sell it. I live in Raleigh NC and the house is in Spokane WA. I wondered how I would ever get the needed work done.My realtor recommended Vern and boy did I hit the vendor jackpot. Vern is honest, fair and does what he says he will. The work went quickly as I added additional jobs. He accomplished each job on time and I have been delighted with the results.

Vern primed and painted the interior of my home, removed old carpet exposing beautiful hardwood floors, replaced dining/office carpet, renovated kitchen including cabinet modifications, new range, counter tops tile backsplash and flooring. Added new light fixtures repaired basement windows and wells along with a variety of small repairs and inspection. Vern is so much more than a painter.

Description of Work
Vern performed a number of services for me over the past month. He painted the exterior of two duplexes I own. He painted the interior of one of the above mentioned duplexes. He installed vinyl in the kitchen, replaced the kitchen sink. He also handled the interior painting of another interior in a duplex, and hung two new doors. All the jobs were completed to my satisfaction. He was prompt, his prices reasonable, and his work excellent.The amount I spent is actually over a month over several properties, but I was not able to figure out how to show the date spread. I would recommend Vern for any painting job. He is honest, a hard worker, and his crew is excellent.
