VERIZON WIRELESS

I am happy with them but it seems like the bill is always higher than it is supposed to be. I get some kind of a discount but I am not sure why it doesn't always end up being the same amount. My bill is supposed to be $120 but it is never $120. I should read over my bill. I have been with them for 5 or 6 years. I have my girls on there and they run about $10 each a month. We have regular phones and we text. The service has always been good. I think it is probably the best one available. I am not charged minutes when I talk to someone. It is just the costs here and there. I went to Mexico and 4 different people told me different things. I think their training is lacking a little bit. They don't know the fees for traveling out of the country. All of their people should tell me the same thing. They do what I tell them when I call. It is just lack of knowledge of their program. I will continue to use them.
