You can bring in your vacuum or sewing machine anytime during business hours and leave it for an estimate. This is a one man shop, so sometimes waiting time could be up to 3 weeks for repair. Sewing machine repair can be done in about a week, depending on the need for parts. Most sewing machines are repaired on Tuesdays and ready for pickup on Tuesday afternoon.

They called on Monday afternoon to tell me it was repaired and ready. They made the repairs and did a complete tune-up. Dysons are very expensive machines and the parts are very costly. I feel they took very good care of me and my machine. They also have a coupon for 10% off. Very nice people.
