Description of Work: My stick Dyson vac was sucking air but no suction power. The owner took a look and quickly determined the problem ( blocking debris in the pipe and debris collection container) and got it working. There was also a problem with the cleaner head (broken part) and he directed me to the Dyson parts web site to order a replacement part. | |Didn't spend any $$ on repairs and got in working again. Excellent service and integrity. Thanks!! |

 + -1 moreI took the machine in on a Friday. They were very nice and sounded very competent with regard to the "Dyson" machine. They called on Monday afternoon to tell me it was repaired and ready. They made the repairs and did a complete tune-up. Dysons are very expensive machines and the parts are very costly. I feel they took very good care of me and my machine. They also have a coupon for 10% off. Very nice people.
Description of Work: I had my Dyson Vaccuum repaired. It would not work anymore.
