What a train wreck. We hired Trusted Detailing to perform a mobile pressure washing on a piece of equipment that we needed washed before a show in Spokane. We pre-paid the fee of $266. We arranged for the time and place. It did turn out to be a cold snowy day, but the job still needed to be done as agreed. We even hauled some of his equipment to the site and provided a tank of water for the job. He shows up well over an hour late with two young helpers with no gloves, light coats and tennis shoes. His washer was kept in his van the night before. Everything was frozen solid when they tried to start. They spent over 4 hours half-heartedly trying to get things up and running to no avail and then after wasting my man's time, it is discovered that his pump has frozen and broke. He was sent away, with the job not done. He did not offer our money back and will not respond to calls or texts. We have taken steps to get our money back. He repeatedly pronounced to us about how "professional" he is, and he doesn't have a clue.... Then to finish it off he has threatens to sue us for being responsible for his equipment freezing. So unprofessional

They did a terrific job and were very professional.

This is the worst place you could ever imagine.  We were told to drop off our car at 8:00 and there was noboby there. No drop off instructions for key drop. Hours are 8 to 5.  We stayed till 8;15 called at least 12 times with no answer and no call back from v-mails left. We finally went back at 10 and the owner said that they would start the detail and it would be done at 4:30.. It was ready at 4:45 when we came back. The detaier "guy" was a complete unprofessional, very rude and abnoxious.
DO NOT take your car here.  There are wasy to many other good auto detailers in Spokane that will treat you right!!!!

went very well dropped off the vehicle and if was ready by the time that i said that i need to pick the vehicle up. price was exactly as promised and work performed was exactly as described. only reason for the punctuality downgrade was that even though i told them i did not need the vehicle for 2 days they told me that it would be done in 1; in fact it took the entire 2 days.

I was very happy and they used a sealer that still beads water after 4 months.
